First, I would have to say we need to banish anyone who believes dictatorship would be good for our country. They need to be sent to their own little island (far far away from everyone else) where they can live their perfect dictatorship lives together (they are never allowed to leave unless they prove that they no longer believe this way of living is okay). The key to never having a 1984 world exist is making everyone feel like they are being heard so you must instill a democracy. Have everyone vote on what laws they believe should be considered valid and then invoke those. Then have everyone go about their lives following these rules. They also need a democracy that doesn’t bend the rules for rich or higher-up people. This happens a lot in our world today which is something that makes people want to rebel and protest.
